Background

Amicus partnering with The Bold Collective, provided an all-Inclusive Strategy, Design and Construction approach for the new 1000sqm CNS workspace in the newly developed Technology Precinct in Northshore, Hamilton Brisbane. The project was completed in less than 12 weeks from design phase to practical completion despite a tight construction phase.

Moving to a whole new space and building, CNS in conjunction with principle company Novotech, were keen to take over a blank canvas and align the design with the brand identity, consistent with Novotech’s business vision. 

Solution

The workspace, which overlooks the Hamilton North Shore, is designed to provide a sophisticated appeal to clients and shareholders, enhanced by a very charming welcoming space, reflecting the company culture as a main focus. Embracing an ABW environment, the new workspace provides a large homestyle breakout space, focused areas, booths for huddles and multiple hi-tech work zones. Pastel blues and terracotta shades spill throughout the space, reflective of the Novotech brand. A friendly workplace culture was also emphasised, creating a welcoming and warm atmosphere. Moreover, our Workplace Strategy Team provided great support with our Change Management Support Toolkit, training for employees, support for in-house change leads and an ad-hoc move checklist.

Benefit

CNS and all staff members were greatly pleased to move into the new space, moreover going paper-light and electronic, breaking old habits. Change challenges were overcome with effective communication between CNS Project and Amicus teams. The new workspace was delivered on time and to budget.
