Background

Due to the need for more space within a short timeframe, DBM Consultants wanted to transform a low-energy environment into a collaborative and creative office space.

Driven also by the need to offer a better space for their clientele and staff, DBM Consultants embarked on a journey to revitalise their workplace and move into an agile working environment. This process gave their staff the voice to lead discussions around ‘what they wanted’ in their new space.

Amicus with design partner The Bold Collective, facilitated seamless communication and early engagement with the DBM Consultants project team to meet expectations & deadlines.

Solution

The new office space offers shared collaboration zones, sit-to-stand desks, soundproof meeting and private call rooms, booth seating and a stunning breakout space on entry.

The aim was to create a space appropriate for client visits and The Bold Collective achieved this through the use of custom design pieces, feature joinery, clean modern finishes which ticked all the boxes DBM Consultants had envisaged.

Benefit

The successful move and reinvigorated design has created a positive shift in staff culture with employees excited and motivated to work. DBM Consultants recently completed an internal staff survey and the results are outstanding.

CEO, Chris Riquier, has a great sense of pride when inviting clients into the office.
