Background

JustCo is known as a global leader in the co-working industry and when looking to enter the Australian market it was important for them that their Sydney location was convenient and adaptable to the market’s current and future needs. Catering to a client list that spans various industries from start-up to established firms; the 2,500 sqm site offers a complete base to conduct business, entertain clients and network with industry leaders.

Solution

Critical to the success of this project was the strict three-month timeframe with which to make the space operational. Upon completion tenants were welcomed to a vibrant and engaging space comprising of a concierge desk, hot-desks, private meeting rooms, luxury kitchen and event facilities at a central location within the bustling central business district of Sydney. All of which delivered with a world-class premise to grow their business as per their expectations of the JustCo brand.

Benefit

Our understanding of the co-working industry and expertise in construction and project management allowed us to successfully meet the tight 12-week timeframe within budget whilst at the same time executing the construction of the Melbourne space at 15 William Street. Further, our successful history of partnering with Siren Design allowed us to make JustCo the obvious choice for the local market.
