Amicus Labline has been installing laboratories for the Chemical Engineering School at the University of Sydney for at least 20 years.

For this particular laboratory we were asked to demolish the existing laboratory and paint the room in addition to our core deliverables of designing, fabricating and installing the new laboratory.

The benchtops are Chemical Grade Laminate or bespoke 316 grade Stainless Steel with a high splashback and integrated sinks designed to go around wall column and pipework.

The lab utilises Amicus Labline modular cupboard systems (using furniture glides as opposed to castors). The glass fronted wall cupboards are very functional as well as aesthetically pleasing. The island bench shelving is designed to locate computers and other scientific electrical equipment off the benchtop maximising workspace.
