    Sydney, NSW | 517 sqm (4 suites)
    Working harmoniously with Colliers, Investa and their project management provider TSA – the design was born from a synergetic understanding of the space. The design was the most important factor and point of difference, highlighting the history and heritage aspects of the building while providing a contemporary workspace solution for tenants.

    We worked closely with the client to design an ideal space for the speculative fit out, as well as the ideal quantities and types of meeting rooms, workspaces and collaborative areas. We also set out to create a memorable and striking design, upon entry into the space and throughout, to set this space apart from others on the market.

    Milton, QLD | 530 sqm
    The concept was to bring the outside in, so each level is unique in tone to draw in an aspect of the surroundings and natural Australian tones into the occupancy. One space has olive-green tones to reflect the foliage from the green hedging surrounding the premise and the other features a rich ochre to incorporate elements of the adjacent terracotta wall.

    Goldfields developed a 24,000 sqm commercial office tower at 627 Chapel Street to assist with leasing and maintain a competitive position in the spec suite market. They engaged Amicus to deliver a range of different sized suites to appeal to a variety of tenants. The sleek and modern design inside the office areas allows incoming tenants to create a space that reflects their brand and feels unique to them.
