We focus on three important facets to determine the right people for our business. These include a candidate’s agility to learn, their understanding and openness to working within our values and their technical skill set. 

Our recruitment process is centralised to ensure consistency. The key moments identified within our recruitment process are; meeting key team members, assessing skills and experience, sharing the Amicus activity-based work environment and developing a learning plan based on the recommendations of a psychometric assessment if required.
