Our Why

We understand that creating exceptional experiences that inspire people begins with designing outstanding physical spaces. That's why we are committed to helping our clients achieve their financial, branding, cultural, and operational goals through their environments.

It's not just about the physical space but the atmosphere it fosters. A well-designed environment not only enhances morale and productivity for the team but also leaves a lasting impression on everyone who enters. When we get this balance right, our clients inspire their employees and impress every visitor who steps into their space.

Our Difference

The Touchline Method

With our team of strategists, designers and project specialists, we're like matchmakers for your space and your vision. Our clients trust us because we're masters at crafting the perfect blend of the physical, technological and social to hit your business, cultural and financial targets square on.

How do we do it though? We use Touchline, a diagnostic and planning model for human-centred design. The framework identifies powerful insights and strategies for transforming workplace culture, employee experience (EX), or client experience (CX).

Touchline allows sophisticated strategies to emerge, recognising a range of cultural moments and provides just the right accountabilities and freedoms so the right moment can occur at the right time.

Our Global Reach

The Global United Workplace

The United Workplace

The United Workplace is a formal network of like-minded businesses, based globally but sharing common values, ethics and goals. All members share a passion and many years of experience in delivering successful workplace projects. Inspiring design, innovation and a culture of collaboration underpin everything they do.

The fundamental goal of the member’s network is to provide a consistency of services and local insight on a global scale to fulfil your design and fitout solutions. All partners have been handpicked and share similar values, culture, passion for the workplace, track record and financial stability. This is the first network of its kind in the workplace industry with such a varied mix of partners and skills.

Globalisation is accelerating and having the ability to link businesses, exchange best practices and share knowledge is a distinct advantage for the clients of the businesses who are aligned via The United Workplace.

Quality, Safety & Environment

Environment & Sustainability

We embrace sustainability in every aspect of our organisation. We are committed to, and enjoy finding ways in which we can reduce the impact of our work in our own workspaces and the spaces we create for others. From the way we manage our on-site operations to our use of consumables, energy and water, we reduce our impacts on the environment wherever we can.

Through our experience, we have developed specifications and benchmarks that have addressed materials selection, aspects of the built environment and its effect on the external environment. This leads to a best practice approach to the project.
