Leadership & Learning Development

Leadership is more complex than ever before. Leaders need to think differently and unlearn some habits from the past.

We offer the most up-to-date thinking in Leadership development drawing from a combination of our own lived experience, our experience with Australian workplace clients, our passion for research and global best practices.

What we've learnt about Leadership

Leaders need to deliver results through individuals and teams and get these results while often not seeing people face to face for long stretches of time.

Leadership is different now. Find out how we can help.

Developing Our Leaders helps us develop Yours

As our leadership programmes have been applied to our own Leaders at Amicus, we know they work. We’ve been recognised for Leadership Development solutions and flexibility practices through numerous industry awards across multiple years.

We have a particular interest in helping Leaders that need to operate from a variety of settings. We can:

  • Help your Leaders inspire individuals and teams to deliver results through modern leadership approaches
  • Work with you to understand how you'd like your Leaders to evolve
  • Support your Leaders through practical, engaging and results-focused solutions
