Amicus Finance Case Study: N.S. Accounting & Advisory

Share

Financing helped N.S. Accounting & Advisory to come to a solution in just 6 weeks.

Background

N.S. Accounting & Advisory were undertaking a fitout of commercial office space and required an all encompassing solution that enabled them to finance both the physical equipment and the cost of labour and materials. Managing to a budget, the multiple supplier invoices and the different timing of these, were important considerations.

In developing a solution with the customer, Amicus Finance was able to coordinate the payment of the supplier invoices across the course of 6 weeks and then structure the solution so that N.S. Accounting & Advisory would have all invoices co-terminating. N.S. Accounting & Advisory did not need to pay any suppliers directly, or place deposits for the equipment, materials and labour.

Value Proposition

This project highlighted and achieved a number of significant benefits for N.S. Accounting & Advisory:
•  Identification of what equipment should be owned versus rented and allowing N.S. Accounting & Advisory to mix and match at an individual equipment level.
•  Simplifying the supplier payment process and being able to combine across an extended period of time, all invoices into one co-terminating solution.
•  Preserve cash flow and avoid the need to pay upfront, the cost of the entire fitout.
•  The ability to package in building materials and cost of labour, with fixed assets.
•  Achieve the implementation of the new commercial office fitout for the benefit of their employees.
