Paul is a Site Manager with over eight years of experience leading site delivery, backed by 25 years in carpentry across both commercial and residential projects.
He brings a strong trade background and practical understanding of construction to managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades and maintaining programme. Paul is known for his hands-on approach and attention to detail, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
