Harry the Hirer - 2026 Design and Build Award - Commercial Interior Design

Harry The Hirer

2026 Architizer A+Award

Harry the Hirer’s new headquarters was named the Popular Winner in the Commercial Interior (>25,000 sq ft) category at the 2026 Architizer A+Awards.

Set within Melbourne’s historic Cotton Mills, the workplace combines the building’s industrial character with the energy and technology of one of Australia’s leading events companies. A dramatic four-storey void connects teams across every level, while original features preserve the building’s history.

As construction partner, we've worked closely with the client, our design partner and project team to bring this complex and ambitious design to life.

Dexion Victoria

2026 BETTER FUTURE Melbourne Design Award

Dexion Victoria’s new headquarters received a Silver Award in the Commercial Interior Design category at the 2026 BETTER FUTURE Melbourne Design Awards.

Designed by one of our Senior Interior Designers, Isabella Singson-To, the workplace brings three business divisions together in a warm and connected environment. Flowing acoustic ceiling panels unite the space, while a central kitchen, breakout areas, gym and end-of-trip facilities create a workplace people genuinely want to return to.

Every element reflects Dexion’s family-oriented culture while supporting comfort, wellbeing and greater collaboration between teams.
