As an evolving company with a footprint spanning Australia, the United States and China and having undergone a recent re-brand, Kilcoy Global Foods engaged Amicus on a full design and construct basis. The brief was to create a fresh new space which would enforce and strengthen the new company brand and business values and proudly showcase this to their existing and prospective clients. As a fast-expanding company, they also needed a space able to offer to their growing team a spacious working environment, influencing significantly on employees’ level of motivation and performance.
The most important factor was incorporating a professional look and feel that was not exaggerated, but enough to give that “wow” factor to clients and a space that was comfortable enough for employees to work in. Our in-house design team helped our client achieve their vision by creating a space which portrayed their values, made possible by bringing in their “country feel” which is showcased by the strong references to branding throughout the space along with the specific selection of furniture.
We created an appealing and functional space, in which each area was carefully designed in fine detail. We worked closely with our client to ensure each work zone, breakout and meeting area suited all of their needs. An inviting front of house sign in and waiting area was created to welcome clients warmly - emphasising professionality and positivity.
This collaboration has allowed Kilcoy Global Foods' employees, and by extension their clients, to walk into a great space that showcases perfectly what the company is all about, allowing all teams to interact at a high level. This project was a great success and we are proud to extend this relationship further with Kilcoy Global Foods, complete upgrades on two of their other existing workspaces.
