Amicus was engaged to design and deliver a space that carefully balances function, comfort and identity. Building on Belle Property’s unified brand aesthetic across their network, the design continues the visual narrative while introducing softer furnishings and materiality to create an inviting, familiar and distinctly “home-like” environment.
A key focus of the design is the front-of-house meeting area, which is the primary client touchpoint and a direct reflection of Belle Property’s professional ethos. This zone integrates technology seamlessly with acoustic performance, incorporating acoustic panelling and feature carpet to manage sound and support private conversations. Technology is intuitively embedded throughout, enabling meetings to transition effortlessly between in-person and remote engagement.
The palette draws on soft sage greens paired with warm brown tones, establishing a grounded sense of warmth and approachability. A neutral base ensures the fitout remains timeless, while subtle artwork throughout the workspace introduces moments of personality and visual interest.
To support a variety of workstyles, the breakout space has been intentionally designed as an extension of the workplace, thus blurring the boundaries between kitchen and working zones. This fluid approach encourages movement, connection and flexibility, while creating an energetic yet comfortable backdrop to the main office.
