Working closely with Amicus and our design partner, HotBlack, Quintessential’s strategy was to revitalise and elevate their 240 Queen Street asset. The opportunity arose to transform an underutilised floor plate into a contemporary speculative suite that would appeal to a wide range of modern tenants. The space offered strong natural light, generous planning potential and the ideal conditions to demonstrate how the building can support a high quality, flexible workplace experience. Together, our team and HotBlack produced a refined and market ready speculative suite that showcases the building’s potential and strengthens its leasing offering.
