In partnership with ChadandWick, we delivered a design that captures YETI’s essence: rugged, authentic, and built for community. Raw materials like textured walls, natural timbers, and polished concrete floors bring a sense of the outdoors inside, creating a warm and grounded environment. Key brand moments—including a full-scale bear sculpture and camouflage-accented seating—add personality and a subtle nod to YETI’s heritage.
The space is thoughtfully zoned to support a variety of work styles. A tiered amphitheatre offers a casual hub for town halls and team meetings, while softer lounge areas, café-style seating, and private breakout spaces provide options for collaboration, focus, and social interaction.
The Amicus Technology team elevated user experience by seamlessly integrating technology. Intuitive room booking systems, stylishly integrated video conferencing equipment, and a dramatic digital ceiling display featuring aerial landscapes ensure that YETI’s connection to the natural world is both celebrated and enhanced through innovation.
This design delivers a future-facing workplace that is both high-performing and emotionally engaging. The thoughtful integration of rustic textures and outdoor-inspired elements creates a unique sense of place—one that strengthens team culture and fosters a deeper connection to the brand.
