Jardan, a valued Amicus client, sought to expand their brand into the Northern Rivers region, specifically, to open a new showroom in Byron Bay. Jardan engaged Amicus because of positive prior experiences across Australia and for our network of expert Designers, Architects and Construction teams.
Amicus collaborated with IF Architecture and Kick Building to manage the fitout project for Jardan’s new showroom. Leveraging our established relationship with Jardan, we engaged early to handle project management even before the design phase was completed.
This project was particularly complex due to the simultaneous construction of the base build. We coordinated with various external contractors and the client to ensure alignment with both the base build schedule and budget.

The showroom's design harmoniously blends bold hues with subtle accents, creating a vibrant yet serene environment that immediately captivates visitors.
