Solution
Delivering a bespoke workplace for Endava required thoughtful integration of design, sustainability, and cultural sensitivity. Inspired by Australia’s rugged landscape, the interiors emphasised raw textures, earthy tones, and organic forms. Natural finishes such as timber, stone, and clay were complemented by biophilic design elements, echoing the indoor-outdoor lifestyle central to the Australian way of life. These details were carefully curated to evoke a sense of warmth, reflecting the geography and history of the land.
The meeting rooms were a standout feature, incorporating concepts achieved in close collaboration with local artists and stakeholders to ensure the designs were both respectful and meaningful. The space also embraced Endava’s branding, incorporating subtle graphics, feature colours, and bespoke lighting that tied the company’s global identity into this uniquely Australian context.
Sustainability was embedded throughout the project from retaining and recycling existing finishes to reusing loose furniture elements. This approach not only reduced waste but also enhanced the sense of continuity within the space. Strategic placement of acoustic solutions, lounge areas, and recreational zones further supported team bonding and productivity.
