Background

The Investors Agency sought a workspace that embodied their sophisticated yet approachable brand identity. The brief called for a warm and stylish environment that balanced moody tones with a sense of openness and transparency. Beyond aesthetics, sustainability and cost-efficiency were central to the vision, with a strong focus on the circular reuse of existing furniture to give the space a refined, sustainable edge. They needed an office that reflected their contemporary professionalism while remaining grounded in authenticity, adaptability and purpose.

Working in close partnership with The Investors Agency, our team led the design, documentation and delivery process under significant time constraints. The client was highly engaged throughout design development, collaborating closely with Amicus to refine and adapt the vision as the project evolved.

Our approach was rooted in balance, by pairing elegant black accents and clean lines with warm timber tones to create a contemporary, sophisticated mood. The design integrated both existing and new elements, seamlessly merging re-assigned furniture with carefully curated finishes to achieve a high-end look at a fraction of the cost. Through thoughtful zoning and subtle design differentiation, each area was given its own identity while maintaining cohesion and flow throughout the office.

A key feature of the space is the breakout and client presentation area, which was designed to accommodate large gatherings while maintaining a relaxed, premium atmosphere. The palette and layout were intentionally chosen to maximise light transfer and visual transparency, ensuring that even the moodier tones contribute to a sense of depth and connection rather than enclosure.

With a narrow construction window, our team worked with flexibility and precision, quickly adapting to changes on-site with the client’s full involvement. This collaborative and responsive approach ensured that the project remained on track without compromising on quality or design.
