Solution

Working within the architectural framework established by the previous fitouts, our Commercial Interior Design team developed a refined concept that complements the existing aesthetic whilst introducing a fresh sense of warmth and sophistication. A carefully considered material palette of warm timber tones, brass detailing and feature acoustic panelling creates an elevated workplace environment that feels cohesive throughout the building.

In line with the project's sustainability and value-driven objectives, the existing kitchenettes were retained and thoughtfully refreshed rather than replaced. Through the considered selection of new finishes, contemporary fixtures and refined detailing, these spaces were transformed into standout design features that feel modern, timeless and purposefully integrated within each tenancy.

Throughout the project, every design decision was guided by a balance of quality, functionality and long-term flexibility, ensuring the speculative suites appeal to a broad range of future tenants whilst maintaining a premium workplace aesthetic.
