Background

Following the successful delivery of speculative suites within the building, Kyko once again partnered with Amicus to deliver additional premium tenancies that would strengthen the building's leasing appeal. The objective was to build upon the established design language, creating a seamless continuation of the workplace experience whilst enhancing the overall quality and market appeal of the spaces. With a focus on delivering contemporary, timeless environments, the project also presented an opportunity to maximise value by thoughtfully repurposing existing elements wherever possible.

The completed tenancies deliver a cohesive and elevated space offering that enhances both the tenant experience and the building's overall leasing appeal. By extending the established design language across each suite, the spaces contribute to a consistent, high-quality experience from arrival through to occupation.

The thoughtful refurbishment of the existing kitchenettes demonstrates how considered design can maximise value whilst reducing unnecessary waste, supporting both sustainability outcomes and cost efficiency without compromising on quality. The result is three contemporary workplaces that feel warm, sophisticated and highly adaptable, providing future tenants with premium environments that are designed to support productivity, wellbeing and long-term success.
