Firmus

Background

 Firmus' new headquarters at Level 14, 333 George Street is the organisation's first permanent workplace in Australia, and an important milestone in its growth. Firmus wanted a workplace that felt connected to the broader Firmus brand while responding naturally to its Sydney location. It also needed to support clear communication between the Sydney team, the Singapore headquarters and Firmus’ wider network. We partnered with Hot Black to bring this vision to life. 

Benefit

The result is a refined, highly functional workplace that balances brand, functionality, technology and well-being. Staff can communicate clearly with colleagues in Singapore and across the wider Firmus network, in rooms designed for privacy and clarity. The generous wrap-around balcony is a standout feature. It gives staff direct access to fresh air and views of the city beyond. It creates opportunities to step away from the desk, reset between meetings, connect informally with colleagues or simply recharge during the day. Together, these elements establish a strong foundation for Firmus as it continues to build its presence in Australia.

For us, this project is particularly rewarding as it is more than a new office - It is Firmus’ first Australian headquarters and a physical expression of the next chapter of their growth.
