Leading property developer Savills Investment Management were seeking to refurbish multiple tenancies in the 9th level of their building in Mascot. Amicus was commissioned to create stylish and functional offices that would attract a variety of prospective tenants.
Tenancy 3, 4 and 5 all needed to be distinctly unique yet interconnected by a stylish communal kitchen. The communal kitchen was designed to spark collaboration and creativity, capturing the vibrant energy of a co-working space while maintaining the exclusive feel of private offices.
