    We gather all the details needed to ensure the construction project begins on the right foot.
    This includes cost estimates, authority aproval limitations like zoning, and structural and services assessments.

    Concept design
    We obtain your brief and interpret it to engage consultants, complete regular site visits and review design drawings and budget documents.
    Detailed design
    We work with the project consultants as they develop the approved Design Concept, reviewing their documents against the budget and coordinating an update of the forecasted Cost of Works.

  • Documentation & tender
    We prepare drawings and documentation to be submitted for Statutory Approval.
    We then begin procuring trades and materials while coordinating the work of the other specialist consultants for the project.

    We review your shop drawings and submissions by the building contractor and coordinate the construction services provided by the other specialist consultants for the project.
