Following a recommendation from our long-term client, 94 Feet engaged Amicus with plans to create their new home in their own building development. Their original quote for design and construction needed to be completely overhauled, as it wasn’t meeting their vision for the space. Amicus collaborated with design partner Made For, to draft up a play that would see to emanate their unconventional, yet distinctly unique ideas and execute a game-winning approach to bring their home stadium to life.
The project started with a cold shell, requiring the installation of essential services like mechanical systems, new HVAC units, and amenities. Smooth coordination with trades and ongoing communication with both the client and designer were crucial for ensuring a seamless and efficient delivery. 94 Feet were deeply involved throughout the process, making it even more important to bring their vision to life with precision.
The sleek design combines steel frames, panels, and shelving with blocks of royal blue in the doors and ceiling grating, contrasted by burnt oranges and browns in the furniture curated by our procurement partner, Wildflower. The space blends industrial chic with a playful and modern aesthetic. The exposed concrete ceiling and visible ductwork creates a raw, urban atmosphere, while the herringbone-patterned wooden floor adds warmth and movement throughout the home court. The entire process was thoughtfully orchestrated to seamlessly capture and embody 94 Feet's vision of their home court, ensuring that every material and detail aligned with the essence of their brand and purpose.
The success of the project extended beyond the immediate delivery, leading to introductions with other tenants in the building and resulting in Amicus being entrusted with completing the majority of the development. This project became a showcase of our capabilities, demonstrating our ability to align with the client’s vision while delivering exceptional results.
