Solution

We delivered the project with careful attention to VMCH's values and operational needs, coordinating all trades and finishes to PTID's design intent. From initial planning through to handover, our team maintained close communication with VMCH, ensuring the process reflected the respect and care central to their mission. We implemented a thoughtfully sequenced construction programme that prioritised quality whilst allowing the team to maintain their essential services. The fitout incorporates a variety of working zones, from private focus rooms with acoustic glazing for concentrated work, to collaborative breakout areas with flexible seating arrangements, and quiet wellbeing spaces designed for reflection. We also provided integrated technology solutions, intentionally woven throughout PTID's design to ensure intuitive functionality that supports natural collaboration and efficient workflows.
