Background

Wellness was once a trend that has evolved into an expectation that commercial properties be conducive to a healthy and hospitable lifestyle; where work and play can be one. Our client recognised this and as a result of our expertise in this area, appointed us to design and construct their ground lobby and basement into a welcoming arrival and EOT facility.

Solution

The 300 sqm space was delivered from start to finish within 12 weeks and comprises of bike storage, shower, changeroom, bathroom, lobby and lounge facilities split across the basement and entrance of the building. The project was subject to DA which we were able to assist our client through to the benefit of them and their objectives.

The end result is a crisp and contemporary EOT and lobby that is timeless and robust for people to enjoy for years to come.
