Once we’ve locked down your brief and agreed our level of engagement together, we introduce you to your dedicated Amicus Move Manager. We then start to sequence your customised Move Programme.

From beginning to end, we plot each element of your move so we can track each element in line with your project’s critical path timeline.

Inviting contractors to respond to tender briefs and then reviewing their responses can be a timely exercise. Your Move team will manage this part of the process including negotiation for the best value of money outcomes.

We execute your Move Program, seeking tenders from relocation and audit specialists, appointing contractors and managing timelines for all elements of your move.
