Step 2. Engage

Once we’ve locked down your brief and agreed our level of engagement together, we introduce you to your dedicated Amicus Move Project Manager.  We then start to sequence your customised Move Programme.

From beginning to end, we plot each element of your move so we can track each element in line with your project’s critical path timeline.

Step 3. Execute

Inviting contractors to respond to tender briefs and then reviewing their responses can be a timely exercise.  Your Amicus Move team will manage this part of the process including negotiation for the best value of money outcomes.

We execute your Move Program, seeking tenders from relocation and audit specialists, appointing contractors and managing time lines for all elements of your move.

Step 4. Nest

The first few days in your new space can be an unsettling time for your team.  We are here to help with Day 1 Support, developing and sharing comms around your New Office Guide and Office Warming events.  We can even arrange for your first fruit basket order or your plant hire contract.  We’re here to help every step of the way.
