Background

Amicus’ Sydney office design and construction services were engaged by Ascender to deliver their second 900 sqm of workspace at 50 Carrington St, consolidating two of their Sydney offices.

In one of the Sydney CBD’s most central locations, their Carrington St address is flanked with cafes and green outdoor spaces for employees to enjoy.

Solution

The new workspace design focused on innovation, quality and originality, creating an energising and inspiring environment for employees.

The new space makes the most of the light and leafy tree-top window views of Wynyard Park in Sydney’s CBD, to bring the outside in, the views are mirrored with similarly green wall graphics along the hallway

 

Benefit

The staff are enjoying extra options for meeting rooms and the sense of space the office provides via the spacious open plan kitchen and cafeteria style seating area. The dynamic breakout space with options for eating, meetings and gatherings has become the heart and home of the new workspace.
