In trying to help lease floor space at 127 Creek Street, Amicus were engaged by Cromwell Property Group to complete a level of speculative fitouts. Amicus were faced with a competitive tender for Level 11 at 127 Creek Street, therefore the approach was to get ahead of the competition and partner with leading Interior Design firm, Group GSA. Collectively as a team, Amicus were able to capture the client’s brief and interpret it to make the overall concept into more than a generic speculative fitout.
Group GSA angled their design ideas to invigorate and stimulate the office market, the concepts provided incorporated innovation and practical solutions to maximise the Level 11 floor space. The space now reflects a neutral pallet with hidden wooden textures to warm the space. The careful use of shape, line, colours and subtle slim line lights, truly make this space appealing to any modern day company. The timescale of the project was important to Cromwell Property Group, as releasing the floors back to the market for lease was top of their priority. Meeting the project timeline successfully, the fitout was delivered within a 3 month window. This included the Christmas shut down period along with added additional scope throughout. Amicus maintained the initial program incorporating these elements with minimal impact to the project deadline.
Holding weekly project control meetings, checking in daily with the building concierge and building manager along with filling the space with welcome packs, Amicus went the extra mile and were commended on their efforts and quality by Cromwell Property Group and Project Managers Cushman & Wakefield.
