Amicus delivered the Finite Brisbane office following the successful fitout of the Finite Sydney office.
The project required growing Finite's office space by 100 SQM from 200sqm on Level 20, 307 Queen Street, to 300sqm. Two different tenancies were combined and redesigned to work in with the look and feel of the Sydney office fit out, delivering continuity for the Finite brand.
The Brisbane office has a coordinated design and feel to match the Sydney business, keeping the clean neutral and blue tones throughout, creating a sophisticated yet welcoming feel. Gorgeous hanging pendant lights are a design trademark of the space, as are furniture selections such as board room and waiting room chairs. Plants and pops of colour are scattered throughout the office bringing the outside feel in and create a sense of vibrancy.
The front entrance area creates a great first impression for clients and potential recruits, emanating the professional culture of Finite. A large focus was on efficient and effective use of the current space, which meant reconfiguration of the two floor plates to make it a more open plan.
The breakout space creates a great central hub for employees to collaborate and socialise and provides an area for some downtime to ensure employees remain happy, motivated and high achieving. One large board room and two small meetings rooms provide plenty of quiet space for employees to conduct interviews.
This project was a success on a number of levels, meeting the client’s needs, maintaining budget and project timeline requirements.
