The journey started with Amicus virtually taking this client on a design journey through 3D renders and fly throughs by the Amicus internal design team. Amicus took time to understand the clients core business and values, this resulted in an Urban style looking Manhattan loft design as well as incorporating the functional workplace brief for the working environment.
The innovative space facilitated collaboration and fostered communication. This workspace needed to be inspiring to work within, engaging for their staff, comforting for their clientele, yet still fun and functional. The employee’s now benefit from an engaging breakout area, articulated monitor arms on every workstation, access to focus rooms along with more collaborative spaces such as a new get together VC conferencing system. Amicus hit the mark on all design aesthetics and functional aspects, which resulted in the client loving their new space with positive feedback from the team.
Amicus’s on site management team was an added bonus to this project, controlling all on-site inductions, ensuring noisy works were out of hours, full police checks carried out and resolved and co-ordinating the client’s incumbents to ensure risen problems were resolved immediately.
The overall feedback from the client was “They loved it” commenting the space works really well, and most importantly they have received positive feedback from all team utilising the space.
