JustCo is known as a global leader in the co-working industry boasting more than 17,000 members within their Australasian network. In establishing a flagship Melbourne location it was imperative that the space was flexible to the growing requirements of their client base as business operations evolve from traditional working models to more versatile output focused spaces. The 8,000 sqm space achieves just that by offering an expansive and stunning address for JustCo and their clients to base themselves.
Critical to the success of this project was the timeframe with which to make the space operational. JustCo had just 16 weeks to open the space and settle clients; by August 2019 the space was launched on time and within the $8.1 million budget allocated. Upon completion tenants settled into the space; split across 4 levels and boasts a concierge desk and lobby area, café, meeting space, private rooms and phone booths, hot desks, office suites, recreational and break out areas and event facilities that offer breathtaking views across the Yarra River and Melbourne city skyline.
Our understanding of the co-working industry and expertise in construction and project management allowed us to successfully meet the tight 16-week timeframe within budget whilst simultaneously executing the construction of the Sydney space at 60 Margaret Street. Further, our successful history of partnering with Siren Design allowed us to make JustCo the only choice for the local market.
