Whilst moving from an old office to a new space in George Street, the team at Levarti were looking to decrease their footprint from their original space to a smaller, more practical tenancy maintaining a traditional based working environment.
Amicus has delivered a space maximising the environment while also uncovering existing inefficient uses of space. The spatial reconfiguration aimed to offer more cohesion between teams which additionally helped reduce costs and focus on bringing in more new business. Amicus' in-house Design Team tailored a fitout focusing on Levarti’s need to inspire their employees, impress their clients and promote productivity throughout the space. The warm colour palette supports a clean and sleek look to the office, conveying a professional and elegant personality. Ceiling details diffuse warm and soft light throughout accentuating design features and creating a feeling of luxury and sophistication.
The feedback from the client has been very positive as Amicus had the capability to organise and optimise the workspace in the most efficient way possible. The functionality of the layout has instantly helped the team feel more united and collaborative.
