Paving the way for martech innovation, Sitecore had been cementing its reputation as a high growth American business within the Asia Pacific region. The rapid expansion created a need to acquire an additional floor within the Bligh Street premise.
The SaaS company were seeking a solution provider that could take on full scope of project establishing confidence on the ability to deliver within a reduced timeframe and to a strong corporate design, identity and brand standard. The prime objective was to ensure the additional level acted as a prospering staff hub and client experience centre. Amicus along with design partner Liquid Design, were appointed based on the strong ability to understand nuances with overseas based stakeholders - located in San Francisco and Malaysia; and produce a quality product within a 4-week construction program and under a controlled budget.
The unique concave shaped floor plate was fitted with a combination of traditional and sit to stand desking solutions, revitalised collaboration zones, a lounge doubling as a town hall arena, meeting rooms and improved staff kitchen facilities. Sitecore have a fresh, eclectic brand identity with all global offices retaining the design look and feel with unique regional flavour. All meeting rooms across level 4 and 6 were installed with the latest on-brand graphics refreshing the client facing space. Practicality was a central theme to the fitout with purpose built booth seating and laminex writeable walls to foster collaboration. The striking feature of colourful slatted timber curved walls, showcased at reception, are a bold touch to welcome clients as a tribute to Sitecore’s hip and millennial brand.
The new polished space generated excitement within staff and was operational in time for the September Grand Opening function and US board visit. The expansion acted as a catalyst to enhance organisational objectives including cross function collaboration, talent acquisition and retention in the competitive digital space. Sitecore are the recipients of a space closely aligned to their corporate culture and client-centric focus.
