Strata Dynamics engaged Amicus to assist them with creating a new space that better suited their needs, providing their staff with diverse work and meeting spaces and expressing their business values and identity to their clients. The focus of the project was to create spaces that were both practical and stylish. Great focus was on achieving more collaboration and meeting areas, private / focus areas, a larger kitchen and breakout for staff gatherings and a more professional and attractive design throughout to meet their client’s needs.
Amicus was able to address these issues by increasing their workstation count and providing each staff member with larger desks and personal storage. We also created a large multiuse utility and collaboration zone, which also acts as an informal meeting space. Focus rooms allow staff to work individually and make private phone calls. The dark and moody colour palette, paired with sleek furniture and feature lighting, create a sophisticated and motivating work environment. The large kitchen and breakout area offers different styles of group seating and encourages socialising and entertaining. Timber look vinyl planks add warmth to the space. The design incorporates subtle references to the clients’ branding through splashes of light and olive greens throughout soft seating and feature carpet. We created spaces that look luxurious and are also practical.
Creating a cohesive professional identity and atmosphere throughout the space resulted in very positive feedback from the staff members, happy to work in a high collaborative and motivating environment. Strata Dynamics was satisfied with the sleek and contemporary atmosphere, as well as the way the space expresses the business identity.
