Solution
Design was an integral element to the success of the project. To provide the best outcome for the space, Amicus worked closely with all stakeholders, including Investa, TSA Management and Colliers.
The entry is welcoming with a bright and sophisticated waiting area, featuring a statement reception desk made of Tasmanian oak, a finish introduction to the Australian-inspired design carried throughout the space. In the background, versatile meeting areas which overlooked the views across Barangaroo. Moving into the main open plan office space, the rows of workstations and flexible seating arrangements are set against a backdrop of a playful mural, which evokes the colours of Australian Native flora.
Zones for collaboration and private meetings were considered, offering a diverse range of spaces and furniture solutions for prospective tenants. The heart of the space, the breakout-kitchen area, reflects the refined design of the entry. The Kitchen is designed to be a comfortable and alluring space for people to relax and socialise whilst also a space for casual meetings and impromptu collaboration. Exposed concrete and ceiling grates show off the raw features of the building. Diffused recessed lighting and natural daylight create a sense of warmth and calm.
