Background
Investa went into the market with a ‘Design Competition’ to activate a premium space in 201 Kent St. Our vision and goal from the outset was to provide a space that was to appeal to a broad tenant base while also being fresh and inviting in design. The ultimate achievement for all parties was to have a vacant space leased as soon as possible.
Amicus were successful in this competition with our design solution which met the brief and budget requirements under a Guaranteed Maximum Price model.
