Amicus worked closely with Growthpoint’s asset managers and leasing agents to create a design that would stand out in a highly competitive market. The design brief for Level 1 was to create a rich clays theme that would provide a positive energy through earthy colours with a balance of warm and cool tones.
The Level 3 design brief was to create a natural modernism theme with a play of green tones to contrast. Value management was a key priority for this project, and Amicus was able to complete the project ahead of schedule, while still delivering a high-quality finish. The early completion also meant that the spec suites were available for the market earlier than anticipated.
During the construction process, Amicus maintained a great relationship with the landlord and building management, ensuring that any issues were quickly addressed, and the project stayed on track. The Delivery team worked diligently to ensure that all work was completed to the highest standards, using high-quality materials and finishes to achieve the desired result.
