Background
The family owned, 67 High St building was at a juncture after ending a lease with a singular long term tenant. Repositioning the asset to cater to a future tenant base, building upgrades were required. Working in close partnership with the superintendent and real estate it was decided the building would be divided into several tenancies to broaden its market appeal. With works on the building upgrades underway by Amicus, the spec suites were to be an attractive and affordable option for a range of tenants on the fringe of the Brisbane CBD.
