Goldfields Spec Suites

Background

Goldfields recently developed a major commercial office tower at 627 Chapel Street. To assist with leasing and to maintain a competitive position in the spec suite market they engaged Amicus to deliver a range of different sized suites on levels 6, 8 and 9, totalling to around 6,000sqm. With a long track record for designing and building commercial spec suites that lease quickly, Amicus had the expertise and success that Goldfields were looking for.

Solution

We worked closely with Goldfields, the leasing team and our design partners, HotBlack to create a range of unique workplaces. Each tenancy has subtle differences in the type and quantity of work settings, with a distinctive look and feel for each level.

Amicus delivered the project whilst the base building was still being completed. Working closely with the development team, the project was managed without any interruptions to the main building works. The sleek and modern design inside the office areas allows incoming tenants to create a space that reflects their brand and feels unique to them. To create a dynamic space the breakout areas and entrances invite a sense of warmth with the use of soft down lights, gold features and yellow tiles. Having various spaces to collaborate, focus and take breaks is consistent with the new ways of working employers and employees are commonly seeking.

Benefit

The spec suites were delivered ahead of time and on budget, with a number of suites leased prior to project completion. The range of spec suites are brimming with opportunity thanks to the functional designs that create a solid base for tenants to customise from.
