Solution
From the start, Amicus and TTI built a strong relationship which enabled the Amicus design team to become crystal clear on TTI’s vision. Having this clear understanding of TTI’s brief, the concept design and planning became an essential blueprint to successfully streamlining the construction of the project.
TTI’s old space underwent a complete transformation. The overall design uses a contrast of dark colours with natural textures and finishes to create a warm, modern, and professional office fit-out. The breakout space is a notable feature of the design and includes an open plan, an array of café like seating, and a large solid kitchen bench to prepare food and drinks. Made purposely for social events and for staff to unwind and take breaks.
Part of improving collaboration was to focus in on the technology component and ensure that every meeting room came with up-to-date VC technology. It was essential that the technology was simple to use and could support seamless hybrid meetings. In particular, the boardroom houses a 98-inch display screen for high quality visual coverage, and a ceiling microphone to capture each person’s voice and provide good audio for those tuning in.
