Case Study

Tradeflex

South Yarra, Melbourne
550 sqm

Background

Due to exponential growth over the past few years, Tradeflex needed a larger office space that could accommodate their staff and improve their workplace culture. They relocated to 627 Chapel Street, the newly developed Goldfields House in South Yarra.

Amicus had previously completed multiple successful projects within the same building and our experience working in the building and our relationship with the property manager helped to solidify our partnership with Tradeflex and set the project up for success.

Solution

FutureSpace was engaged to design an exquisite, high-quality office space that embodied Tradeflex's brand and culture while promoting productivity and collaboration among their staff.

The design featured polished terrazzo kitchen countertops, wooden timber flooring, sleek black stainless-steel panelling along glass hallway walls, and a luxurious modular reception desk crafted from grey and white polished marble.

By collaborating closely with FutureSpace and Tradeflex's in-house team, we brought their ideal office environment to life, incorporating a blend of focus, collaboration and breakout zones to facilitate productivity in their fast-paced setting.

Benefits

The new office space has brought about a profound transformation in Tradeflex's workplace culture and productivity.

Employees now have access to tools and spaces that encourage effective collaboration, significantly improving their overall work environment.

Additionally, the office's high-end finishes and stylish design convey Tradeflex's sophistication and professionalism, leaving a lasting impression on both visitors and staff.
